Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche

Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche

THE RECIPE

This is an easy and healthy way to add some flavour to your meals.

The broccoli cheddar cheese quiche will be a classic into your recipes!

SERVINGS:  4 (4 to 5 quiche shells each)
TIME: 7 minutes
COOKING TIME: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of cooked broccoli
  • 1/3 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp of vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 package of small quiche pastry

FROM THE ARCHIVES:  Creamy Cauliflower and Sage soup

PREPARATION

  1. Prepare the oven at 375*
  2.  On a small bowl, add the eggs, salt and pepper to taste and the mayonnaise
  3. Whisk firmly until is all mixed well.
  4. Separate the quiche pastry and add the cooked broccoli in small pieces
  5. Then, add a little bit of cheese to each of them
  6. Then pour the egg mix into the quiche shells
  7. Place the quiche shells into the oven and let them cook for about 15 minutes.

And this dinner is ready.
