How to Make the Crispiest Waffles

This Crispy Waffles recipe is one of my son’s favorite dinners.  You see, he has a very specific taste for food (a bit picky) so, I know that the Crispiest Waffles recipe is a go-to healthy meal for him.

We make them twice a week 🙂

THE RECIPE

How to Make the Crispiest Waffles

Super simple recipe, you will only need 6 ingredients that are easily found in most homes:

Servings:  4

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of flour

2. 1 cup of milk

3. 1 egg

4. 1/3 cup of melted margarine

5. 1/2 tsp of sugar

6. 1 tbsp of baking powder

OPTIONAL:  fresh mint leaves and honey to serve.

5. Take the mix to your waffle maker and set the heat to a medium-high level. On our waffle maker, we set the heat at 4 (from 1 to 5, 5 being the highest. )

6.  Add 1/3 cup to the waffle maker and close to cook.  When ready, serve immediately with some honey and mint leaves.

IF you like, you might also want to add raspberries

Yum!

And that is all for today.

I really hope you enjoyed this post and try the recipe on your next family breakfast

See you next time!

Recipe reads 1/3 margarine? Is it a 1/3 of a cup?
