This is the New Pattern Release: The Sarah Dress and Top pattern by DGpatterns (my etsy store 🙂 )
A easy and simple top and dress pattern with lots of character.
THE PATTERN FEATURES:
• A fitted top and dress pattern with 24 combinations:
• Two bodice options (basic bodice and pleated bodice)
• Three length options ( top, short dress and long dress)
• Four sleeve options(sleeveless, square sleeve, short sleeve and long sleeve)
The Sarah pattern is thought to be a great combo for those who want to start sewing with knits and are confident on their skills.
It is also great for the intermediate and advanced sewist who want to get the best value by purchasing all these options together.
You might choose from a basic top with 4 different sleeve options and 3 lengths, plus the pleated front top with 3 lengths and 4 sleeve options.

RECOMMENDED MATERIAL
STABLE KNIT FABRIC AND MEDIUM WEIGHT KNIT SUCH AS PONTE, JERSEY KNIT AND SCUBA
The dress on the picture is the short pleated dress with a beautiful flounce bottom to add character and style to the project.
SPECIFICATIONS
The top here is the pleated top option with the short sleeves. I made it in a organic jersey knit and it is ideal for outings and summer days 🙂

FABRIC REQUIREMENT: 0.85 to 2.5 yards of medium weight knit fabric .

Hello there,
Thank you for visiting us today! This is the New Pattern Release: The Flora Skirt.
A beautiful summer skirt with great unique and modern options.
THE PATTERN FEATURES:
It is a beautiful asymmetrical A-line skirt with an optional pocket and waist straps.
The skirt is cut on bias, giving it a sophisticated and modern flare to it.
The skirt has 2 styles: a midi length skirt and a knee length skirt. The length of the skirt is considered by measuring the longest part of it, the center panel.
The midi length gives you an elegant, easy to wear skirt; ideal for a summer night with your friends and family!
For this version, I chose a quilting cotton (yes, quilting!) since I wanted to try and see how much of a flare it will give it to the skirt by cutting it on bias. I love the result <3
For the knee length version, I thought of a more casual, modern look. I chose to make the skirt in a light weight denim with no stretch. The skirt is ideal for outing with my son to the nearest parks 🙂
