Our stamp is ready, so now we start stamping! Yay!
We take our favorite color, ink up our stamp and we start stamping the fabric as many times as you wish.
I have used two different stamps: one for the tote bag and another one for the pocket. That’s up to you, you can use as many pictures as you like.
The ink pad of the image is the one I use to stamp fabric. The Versacraft ink pad can be used on paper, wood, fabric… On the network you’ll find lots of brands.
For the tote bag you’ll need:
Cotton canvas: 2x 25 cm * 55 cm
Cotton canvas: 1x 20 cm * 15cm
Cotton fabric (straps) 2x 86 cm * 9cm
Steps:
First we have to sew the pocket to the bag.
Sew the cotton canvas with right sides together leaving the upper edge without sewing.
Box the bottom corners.
Sew the straps of the bag as shown in the pictures below
Turn the bag right side out and sew the upper edge with straight stitch
Add the black straps, leaving 20 cm between each other.
That’s all! Now we can go shopping! And that’s all for today!
