2. Now place them together, right sides facing and match shoulder seams.
3. Pin the shoulder seams and stitch them together. For this top, I used an overlocking stitch from my sewing machine (no serger used on this pattern!) Repeat with the other side and press gently.
4. Then, turn the top to the right side and open so you can see front and back bodice on their right sides.
5. Bring the sleeves to the table and place them horizontally, matching the middle of the cap of the sleeve to the shoulder seam.
6. Now turn the sleeve around and start pinning the sleeve to the bodice.
7. Start from the middle to the sides of the sleeve until it is ready
8. Now, stitch the sleeve to the bodice together, and repeat with the other side.
8. After the sleeves are attached to the bodice, fold it and pin the sleeves and sides of the t-shirt.
9. Fold the hemline 1 inch from the bottom of the t-shirt. Press with your iron and take it to the sewing machine. Use a zigzag stitch for the hemline and the cuffs as well. 
10. Cuffs also have 1 inch seam allowance, so repeat the step 9 for the cuffs. Press them again when finished.
Collar:
11. Fold the collar in half, lengthwise and press flat with your iron.
12. Now, fold again widthwise. Press the collar flat.
13. Pin the collar to the neckline. Remember that the collar is 20% smaller than the neckline. That means, that you will need to stretch the collar to adjust to the neckline.
14. Stitch them together. I usually baste the neckband to the neckline first and then, stitch them with an overlock stitch. Press and turn the collar to the right side.
14. After the neckband has been attached properly, topstitch the neckband with a 1/8 to 1/4 inch stitch from the edge.
